FROM SURVEY TO HANDOVER
Upgrading an existing building requires a controlled sequence: understand what is there, define priorities, coordinate the work, and retain a record of decisions.
SURVEY AND DIAGNOSIS
Renovations, upgrades, extensions, and adaptations begin with available surveys, the condition of the building, visible issues, existing documentation, and the specialist checks required.
PRIORITIES AND TECHNICAL DEFINITION
Use requirements, safety, envelope, building systems, comfort, materials, phases, and economic limits are translated into priorities. Technical definition depends on the mandate and the expertise formally appointed.
PLANNING AND COORDINATION
Work, access, deliveries, designers, contractors, and responsibilities are organized in a clear sequence. Interfaces and necessary decisions are anticipated wherever possible.
CHECKS AND HANDOVER
In-progress checks, changes, reservations, final inspections and handover records are logged within the actual mandate.
